Justin Kozma, VMD
Dr. Justin Kozma is originally from Randolph, NJ. He attended Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in Animal Science with minors in Entomology and Business, and received his veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania. As a veterinarian, he developed a passion for avian and exotic medicine and surgery, wildlife treatment, and forming connections with both animals and their owners. When not working, Dr. Kozma enjoys wildlife photography, playing pick-up sports, and being involved in his local parish.

James Cortell, BVMS
Dr. James Cortell is originally from New Jersey, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at Rutgers University. Dr. Cortell was then fortunate enough to venture out of the country to receive his veterinary degree at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Dr. Cortell then practiced in California, working at an urgent care and exotic animal hospital where he was able to treat a variety of different species, including birds of prey. Although Dr. Cortell enjoys a great number of aspects of small and exotic animal medicine/surgery, he especially enjoys communicating with clients about their pets to ensure they receive the best care possible. In his free time, he enjoys breaking a sweat at the gym, hiking, and spending time with his cat, Mandy. Dr. Cortell is very excited to be joining the amazing Radnor Team!
David Higson, VMD
Dr. David Higson is originally from California and received his Bachelors degree in Physiological Science from the University of California Los Angeles. He earned his veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania. As a veterinary student, he spent each summer working here at Radnor Vet. Dr. Higson is excited to continue working with us as a veterinarian. His professional interests include small and exotic animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, emergency care, and preventative care. In his free time, Dr. Higson enjoys swimming, reading books, shopping at Costco, drawing, and spending time with pets.

Stephanie Principati, VMD
Dr. Stephanie Principati is a proud Blue Hen alumni and graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in animal science and wildlife conservation. She received her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Following graduation from veterinary school, she completed an internship in small animal medicine and emergency at the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital. She then completed a second internship at the U of I in zoological and exotic companion animal medicine. She is excited to return to Chester County and join the team at Radnor Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Principati’s professional interests include zoological companion animals and wildlife, and she also enjoys small animal medicine and critical care. She enjoys traveling, and her hobbies include running, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Nellie, and two frogs, Fred and Ethel.
Becky Ehrlich, VMD
Dr. Becky Ehrlich is originally from Blue Bell, PA, and received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Science in Society from Wesleyan University. After obtaining her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania, she worked in Chester County before moving to Wayne and joining the team at Radnor Veterinary Hospital in 2014. Dr. Ehrlich has a passion for exotic animal medicine, and also especially enjoys soft tissue surgery, cardiology, and preventative medicine. Dr. Ehrlich lives with her husband Dan and their adorable baby Jacob, as well as their mixed breed dog Rory, a uromastyx named Alistair, and the rabbit brothers Kif Krokfur and Zapp Bunnigan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, teaching, skiing, baking, and occasionally skydiving.
Len Donato, VMD
Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in Avian Practice
Since the age of five, Dr. Donato dreamed about becoming a veterinarian. After studying for four years at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and four years at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, he attained his longtime goal. As a student, Dr. Donato was responsible for the medical and surgical care of animals at the University of Pennsylvania Wildlife Service. After completing his studies, Dr. Donato was an Associate Veterinarian at Rothman Animal Hospital from 1996 to 2000. His caseload included traditional and non-traditional pets.
As a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), Dr. Donato has lectured at several national conventions. Throughout his career, he has actively provided continuing education opportunities for veterinarians, veterinary students, and veterinary technicians. As an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, he is actively involved in organizing and instructing the education program for veterinary doctor candidates.
In February 2001, Dr. Donato became the owner of Radnor Veterinary Hospital. He treats dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents, amphibians, hedgehogs, sugar gliders, and other non-traditional pets. Dr.Donato’s areas of interest include orthopedics, endoscopy, and wildlife & exotic pet medicine and surgery. He is currently serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, which allows him to support students working toward their own veterinary career goals. Dr. Donato lives with his wife, Marianne, and they are pet parents to a bichon named Sammie, as well as a cat, Fivi. Dr. Donato enjoys football, table tennis, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail.
