Boarding Considerations Before You Book

Bookings longer than two weeks require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Bookings during all major holidays require a $50 deposit, which is refundable if canceled 24 hours before the drop-off date. This deposit is not refundable if you do not arrive for your boarding booking. (Major holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day/Weekend.)

Medications given during boarding carry an additional per-day administration fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations for cats, dogs, and rabbits is required. We ask that you bring your own fresh food for birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets. We do not supply fruits or vegetables. You must supply any specialized lighting or electronics that your pet requires. If you are unsure what to bring, just ask!

Birds require one-time testing at least three weeks prior to boarding. Rabbits require the RHDV2 vaccine series to be completed prior to boarding.

For Saturday boarding drop-off and pickup, use the Radnor Veterinary Hospital entrance between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. We do not offer Sunday drop-off or pickup from boarding at this time.
